We work nights and opted with Dish since they promoted 24 hour tech support… ended up not to be true (is at onetime) yet not anymore. They took off the up up On Demand feature…again no caution. They offer you on features they later remove without warning…24 hour technology help, Dish on need, stations which go away customer service that is etc… terrible! I happened to be A tv that is direct for 12 years and left because customer support had been therefore bad. Been with Dish for seven now… They are no better. I assume I’ll take to AT&T.
